Upon our arrival, we were greeted by a very friendly front desk staff member! She was super sweet, and her laugh was contagious! Great customer service is so important! We booked the King Suite, which was literally the size of a small apartment. When you walk in, you have a little kitchen, with 2 stove top burners & all! We were a family of 5, so for the adults, we had our own room with a King size bed, a king size bed for 2 kids in the main area, and a sleeper couch. It was perfect with plenty of room! Breakfast was delicious, as well, plenty to choose from. The kids of course loved the Texas waffles. The indoor pool was great, and the spa was so relaxing! Caution, the bathtub is slippery! We put a small hand towel on the bottom for the kiddos but with that said, there wasn’t enough towels for a suite, but that was an easy fix! No real complaints, and the kids loved it! We will be staying at Best Western again!

The young woman who checked me in on the evening of 07/28. I was very tired. She was kind and sweet. The next morning, she was working in the diningroom. She kept the coffee karafes full and the room tidy. She was, again, kind and sweet. Her personality made me smile and helped me relax. The light that shown through her kept my spirits up for the next 11 hours of drive time. She told me her name, but I cannot remember it. Special, "Thank You" to her.

This was our 2nd stay at this location! Front desk personal was very friendly and courteous. Room was very clean. Bathroom was very clean and towels were fresh and very clean which is a must for me! Bed was very comfortable! Pillows were comfortable also! Checking in and out was fast! Definitely recommend this property!!

Tab at the front desk went so far above and beyond when I left my phone in the Uber. She is so sweet and so was everyone else working there. Texas hospitality is a real thing here! This is the second time I've stayed here and both visits were great!
